He was also the leader of a tribal empire consisting of Huns, Ostrogoths, Alans and Bulgars, among others, in Central and Eastern Europe.

He is a key immortal in Water and is also flexed in some other mix march teams due to his powerful silence!
His skill is a fan-shaped attack that has a chance to silence enemies it hits.
